4 Month Stats

Well Caleb survived is 4 month shots! He weighed in at 19 pounds and 5 ounces, and 27 inches tall. For height, weight and head circumference (46cm) he is in the 90th percentile and above! He can sit up for a few seconds at a time by himself, and loves to jump around in his jumperoo. He laughs now and has developed very ticklish spots on his back and feet! We got pictures done for Easter, but I just got them back so it will take some time to scan them in!

Caleb has been spending lots of time at my mom's house. He likes it when his "Gammy" sings to him. This has enabled me to go on a few interviews (no job yet though) as well as get some shopping, errands and most importantly self papmering done! We are getting ready to go on Caleb's first overnight trip. We leave monday for a week in Oregon. We will be spending 2 days in Klamath Falls with William's Grandpa Bob and step Grandma Mary. Then we are off to Bend for the rest of the week for Grandpa George's 80th Birthday! Caleb will get to meet many relatives for the first time including his fellow great grandson Cameron! I am sure I will have plenty of pictures when we return!

Almost 3 months!

We have been keeping ourselves very busy lately. Caleb has started rolling from his stomach to his back and is pretty much sleeping through the night which is fabulous! I weighed him the other day on our bathroom scale and he is coming in at 17.2 pounds! He has been in 3-6 month clothes for about 4 weeks and I hope he slows down on the whole growing thing! His first super bowl was spent in Yuba City with his buddies Kaitlyn and Courtney, and he had a great time. He is increasingly active everyday and has had many good cooing "conversations" with me. I will post some more pictures soon!

Rockin' Shoes!

Caleb got to meet his Grandma Yvonne and Aunt CJ last week. We met up at Chevys and had a great lunch. Caleb of course slept almost the whole time!

Today Caleb rolled from his tummy to his back! He only did it once though so when I propped him back up to record him doing it again he just laid there and laughed at his toy. I think it tired him out though because after about 10 minutes he was done so I picked him up and put him in his bouncer and he was asleep with in minutes! Click on the picture to see a few more!

Hangin' With the Girls!

Went to meet Scott and Emily's new baby girl. They named her Courtney Ann (I know funny right?) She was born on Christmas eve! So we thought we would measure up Courtney (2 weeks), big sis Kaitlyn (21 months) , and Caleb (8 weeks).

2 Months!

Caleb had his 2 month shots yesterday. He did ok. Of course he cried but about 5 minutes into the car ride home he fell asleep and slept for 3 hours. He weighed in at 15lb 6oz and 24 inches long and the Doctor says he is in perfect health! I took a few pictures this morning. The funny thing is, every time I get out the camera, Abbie is right there waiting! Click on the picture to see a few more!

Seven Weeks Already!

Boy how time flies! I realize I have not posted in six weeks, but in my defense, I have a Newborn and it was the Holidays! Caleb has been very busy with family and friends visiting and posing for photo shoots! At his one month appointment, Caleb weighed in at 11lbs 11oz and at 5 weeks he was 12lbs 12oz. I sure hope he does not continue at this rate or William and I are in trouble! William was home for 4 weeks and it was great that he was able to help so much while I was healing from my surgery. It was odd not having him here when he went back to work.

Caleb's first Thanksgiving and Christmas were very fun spending lots of time with Family. Santa came and left him a few small presents in his homemade stocking by Great Grandma Roma. His big present was a new wagon from Grammy Kim, and we are very excited to use it. New Years we went bowling, and though Caleb is not quite old enough to throw a ball, he behaved very well.

We had professional pictures taken with all three of us as well as a few just of Caleb. We tried to do some Naked Baby shots, but Caleb was not cooperating with that. Fortunately Aunty 'Drea was here for the Holidays and was able to take some Awesome pictures for us! I am not looking forward to his 2 month check up and the shots, but I think we will survive. Hopefully in the future I will be able to update more frequently!
